The Help Desk serves as a centralized source of information and service for the computer and network resources managed by OIT. You may contact the HelpDesk with questions in such areas as e-mail, Internet usage, ERA account setup and billing, Blackboard, Wireless ResNet connectivity, and much more.
The HelpDesk often receives questions that are outside of our perview. Before you contact the OIT Help Desk, please read and consider the following:
Admission Questions:
For questions and requests regarding admission to the university, including admissions packets, you will need to contact the appropriate admissions office.

The following announcements have been posted by the OIT HelpDesk:
- Student Assistant Position Available - December 31, 1969 The OIT HelpDesk is now hiring undergraduate Student Assistants.
Applicants should be self-motivated, possess good customer service and communication skills, able to take initiative, be comfortable talking with people, and able to perform well in a team environment. Applicants should be available to work 20 hours per week (M-F), preferably in blocks of 3+ hours. Students able to hold this position for more than one academic year are strongly preferred. The starting salary for this position is $8.50/hour.
Note that this is a customer service-oriented position; this is NOT a programming position.
